EXOS™ and AXIS™ are educational operating systems designed to support structured execution habits and decision-making frameworks in the context of real estate investing. Nothing in these systems constitutes:

Unity Institute is not responsible for any financial, legal, or investment outcome arising from participation in any program or system.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in or purchase any Unity Institute program, system, or service. Minors may participate in select programs only with documented parental or guardian consent provided in writing prior to enrolment.

All content, videos, downloadable materials, operating system architecture, tools, frameworks, templates, brand assets, trademarks, and other intellectual property published under the Unity Institute name are owned by Unity Institute Inc. and/or its licensed creators and partners, and are protected under Canadian and international intellectual property law.

Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access purchased materials for individual professional development only. This licence does not transfer ownership of any materials and does not permit commercial use of any kind.

You may not, without prior written permission from Unity Institute Inc.:

• Reproduce, copy, or duplicate any materials in any form
• Distribute, share, or make available any materials to third parties
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any materials
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any materials
• Share login credentials or access with any other person

Violation of these intellectual property terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

Use of any Unity Institute trademark without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

EXOS™ and AXIS™ are Execution Operating Systems with structured enforcement models. Enrolment constitutes your agreement to operate within the system's gate-based progression and output submission requirements.

The enforcement model — including gates that must be passed before advancement, required output submissions, and conditional progression — is a core and non-negotiable feature of these systems, not a technical limitation. Failure to complete required outputs does not constitute grounds for refund beyond the express conditions stated in the Refund Policy below.

Unity Institute does not modify, waive, or work around enforcement requirements for individual participants.

By purchasing any Unity Institute digital program, system, or content, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing access to a digital product delivered online
• Delivery occurs immediately upon payment confirmation
• You have reviewed the program description and understand what is included
• You understand the applicable refund terms for the specific product purchased
• No physical goods will be shipped

This acknowledgment is recorded at the time of checkout and forms part of your agreement to these Terms.

All participants agree to engage respectfully and ethically in all platform interactions, group sessions, forums, and communications. The following will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action:

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at Unity Institute staff, instructors, or other participants
• Sharing, distributing, or reproducing program materials without authorisation
• Misrepresenting your identity or qualifications in connection with any program
• Using program content to develop competing products or services

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unity Institute Inc., its affiliates, instructors, licensed operators, employees, directors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the website, platform, or any program
• Application or misapplication of any content, strategy, framework, or system
• Financial, business, health, emotional, or psychological outcomes resulting from participation
• Third-party tools, platforms, or service providers used in program delivery
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in content or platform availability

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, Unity Institute's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim.

You assume full and sole responsibility for how you apply content and implement strategies from any Unity Institute program.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact Unity Institute Inc. in writing at [email protected] and provide a detailed description of the dispute. Unity Institute will respond within 10 business days and will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of the Province of Manitoba.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute not resolved through the process in Section 9 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Use, together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy published on this page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unity Institute Inc. with respect to your use of Unity Institute services. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Unity Institute Inc. may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of any program or service after the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must discontinue use of Unity Institute services.

EXOS is a structured operating system with gate-based enforcement and mandatory output submission requirements. It is not a digital course. The refund policy reflects this distinction.

Conditional 30-day refund

EXOS operators who complete Gate 1 in full — including all required output submissions, tool completion, and gate check requirements as specified in the system — and who determine within 30 days of enrolment that the system is not the right fit, are entitled to a full refund upon written request.

To qualify for a refund under this policy, the operator must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. Complete all Gate 1 requirements in full, including submission of all required outputs through the Kajabi platform
2. Submit a written refund request to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the original enrolment date
3. Include documented evidence of Gate 1 completion with the refund request (platform submission records are acceptable)

Refunds will not be issued to operators who:

• Submit a refund request without evidence of completed Gate 1 outputs
• Submit a refund request after the 30-day window from original enrolment date has passed, regardless of Gate 1 completion status
• Are enrolled under the internal payment plan (see below — payment plan enrolments are non-refundable under all circumstances)
• Have violated these Terms of Use or the terms of the EXOS system

Approved refunds under this policy are full refunds of the original purchase amount. No partial refunds are issued.

Payment plan enrolments — unconditionally non-refundable

Operators who enrol under the 3-payment internal plan ($1,750 CAD × 3, total $5,250 CAD) acknowledge and agree at the time of purchase that this payment option is non-refundable under all circumstances. By selecting the payment plan, you waive any right to a refund that might otherwise apply under this policy.

Access is suspended immediately and automatically upon a missed or failed payment. Suspended access will not be reinstated until the account is brought fully current. Continued default — defined as failure to bring the account current within 14 days of suspension — results in permanent termination of access without refund of any amounts paid.

No proration, partial refunds, or credits are issued under any payment plan circumstances.

Add-on services — non-refundable upon delivery

The Fast Track Review ($997 CAD) and the Implementation Audit ($1,997 CAD) are non-refundable once the operator's submission package has been received by Unity Institute and the recorded review has been delivered. If Unity Institute is unable to deliver the review within the communicated timeline through no fault of the operator, a full refund will be issued.

AXIS is an Execution Operating System and operates under the same structural refund policy as EXOS. Specific Gate 1 completion requirements applicable to AXIS refund eligibility will be published at the time of AXIS launch and incorporated into this policy by formal amendment. Until that amendment is published, operators seeking refund guidance on AXIS should contact [email protected] directly.

Clarity Protocol is a structured personal and professional development system.

• Refund requests submitted within 72 hours of purchase are honoured in full. No conditions are required within this window.
• Beyond 72 hours from purchase, refunds are not available except in verified cases of technical failure that prevented access entirely and that Unity Institute was unable to resolve within 5 business days of written notice.
• No refunds are issued once a participant has accessed and completed more than 20% of the program content, regardless of when the request is submitted.
• Clarity Protocol is not eligible for the conditional EXOS refund structure. The terms above are specific to this product.

For all Unity Institute digital programs, courses, and educational content not specifically named above:

• Refund requests submitted within 72 hours of purchase are honoured in full, no conditions required.
• Beyond 72 hours, refunds are not available except where a verified technical failure prevented access entirely and Unity Institute was unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days of written notice from the purchaser.
• Multi-program packages and bundled offers are non-refundable once access to any component of the bundle has been granted.
• Subscription-based access is non-refundable for the current subscription period once the period has commenced. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

When you register, enrol, purchase, or interact with Unity Institute platforms, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

Information you provide directly:

• Full name and contact information (email address, phone number, mailing address)
• Payment information (collected and processed by third-party payment processors; Unity Institute does not store full card numbers or banking credentials)
• Program enrolment selections and purchase history
• Output submissions, assessment responses, and progress data submitted through the platform
• Voluntary information shared in forms, surveys, intake questionnaires, or direct communications with our team

Information collected automatically:

• Technical data including IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, and referral URL
• Platform usage data including pages visited, time spent, and actions taken within the platform (collected via analytics tools)
• Cookie and session data (see Cookie Notice below)

Personal information collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To deliver programs, operating systems, and services you have purchased and to manage your access
• To process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• To provide technical support and respond to service inquiries
• To send transactional communications including receipts, access credentials, system notifications, and renewal reminders
• To send educational updates, program announcements, or newsletters where you have provided consent (you may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time)
• To monitor platform performance, identify technical issues, and improve user experience
• To meet legal, regulatory, and accounting obligations
• To enforce these Terms and investigate potential violations

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes without your explicit prior consent.

All personal data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled platforms. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised Unity Institute personnel who require it to perform their roles, and to authorised third-party service providers operating under data processing agreements.

Unity Institute uses the following categories of third-party platforms, all selected for compliance with GDPR, PIPEDA, or equivalent recognised privacy standards: online course and platform delivery (Kajabi), payment processing (Stripe/Kajabi Payments), email communication (as integrated with Kajabi), productivity and file storage (Google Workspace). Each provider's privacy policy governs their handling of data within their systems.

Unity Institute is not liable for security breaches occurring within third-party platforms; however, all providers are assessed for security standards and compliance before use and are replaced if they fall below required standards.

Certain Unity Institute programs are licensed for delivery by authorised third-party operators, including VenCap Developments LLC for U.S. sales and distribution. Where a licensed operator is involved in your purchase or program delivery, that operator will receive only the personal data necessary to fulfil their delivery and support obligations to you. Licensed operators do not receive access to your broader Unity Institute account data, payment credentials, or data unrelated to the specific program they are delivering.

Data shared with licensed operators is governed by intercompany data sharing agreements consistent with PIPEDA requirements.

Under PIPEDA and applicable Canadian privacy legislation, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal information Unity Institute holds about you.
• Right of correction: You may request that inaccurate or incomplete information be corrected.
• Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw consent for non-essential data uses (such as marketing communications) at any time without affecting your access to purchased programs.
• Right to request deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to Unity Institute's legal obligations to retain certain data (such as transaction records).
• Right to make a complaint: If you believe Unity Institute has not handled your personal information in compliance with PIPEDA, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at www.priv.gc.ca.

To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to [email protected]. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and respond substantively within 30 days.

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. As a general guideline:

• Transaction and enrolment records: minimum 7 years for accounting and tax compliance
• Platform access and usage data: retained for the duration of active access plus 2 years
• Marketing consent records: retained until consent is withdrawn plus 2 years
• Support communications: retained for 3 years following resolution

Upon expiry of retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
