The expert reviews and approves. Unity handles all technical build and ongoing maintenance.
This is not a template exercise. Every build is customized to the expert's content, their audience, and the standards Unity holds every partner to.
Revenue operates on a shared model β Unity invests in the build, and the expert contributes through a structured revenue share for 36 months. After that period, the arrangement transitions to a flat administrative fee. The expert retains their intellectual property throughout.

Unity invests more into the initial build and early infrastructure β which means the expert pays less at the point of entry. In return, the expert contributes through a structured revenue share for the first 36 months of the partnership. After that period, the arrangement transitions to a small, ongoing administrative fee.
This path is designed for experts who want to enter the partnership with a lower upfront commitment while Unity carries a proportionally higher share of the initial investment.
It is appropriate when the expert's financial position favours lower upfront cost over long-term revenue retention.

Flat Commission
Β The expert makes a higher upfront partnership investment β which means they retain significantly more of their revenue from day one. The ongoing commercial relationship is governed by a simple, flat commission structure rather than a revenue share percentage.
This path is designed for experts who want maximum earning autonomy from the outset and prefer a clear, predictable long-term commission model. It is appropriate when the expert's financial position supports a higher entry investment and their revenue projections justify retaining a larger share of earnings immediately.

Each step is deliberate. Each step serves a specific function. The process is designed to ensure that every expert who enters the network is the right fit β and that every platform built through the network is worth building.
STEPΒ 1
APPLY
The application is a formal partner qualification process β 21 questions covering expertise, professional experience, market readiness, IP quality, giveback commitment, and values alignment. It is not a short sign-up form. It is designed to surface the information Unity needs to make an honest assessment of whether a partnership makes sense β and to give the applicant a clear sense of what they are entering.
Not every application proceeds. That is the point.
STEPΒ 2
IMPACT CALL
Qualified applicants are invited to a private diagnostic conversation with Ian France. This is not a sales call. There is no pitch. The Impact Call is a mutual assessment β Ian assessing the expert's IP quality, market readiness, and partnership fit, and the expert assessing whether Unity is the right partner for what they are trying to build.
The call is direct, structured, and confidential. It typically runs 45β60 minutes. The outcome is a clear decision: proceed to a partnership agreement, continue the conversation with additional information, or part ways with a clear explanation.
STEPΒ 3
PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
Experts who proceed receive a formal partnership offer β a documented agreement that outlines the specific build plan, the selected revenue path, the deployment strategy, the mutual obligations of both parties, and the timeline for each phase of the build. There are no verbal commitments. Everything is in writing before any work begins.
This step exists to protect both parties and to ensure the partnership begins with complete clarity on what is expected, what will be built, and how success will be measured.
STEPΒ 4
BUILD
Unity structures, produces, and builds the expert's knowledge asset β course program, workshop system, framework, or structured training β on the Unity platform. The expert submits their content, materials, frameworks, and resources through a private partner portal. Unity's team handles all architecture, design, technical build, automation, and compliance. The expert is not doing tech work at this stage. The expert is reviewing and approving what Unity builds.
Build timelines vary by tier and content complexity and are established in the partnership agreement.
STEPΒ 5
DEPLOY
Once the knowledge asset is built and approved, Unity activates the commercial infrastructure around it. This includes funnel setup, email marketing, content distribution, social amplification, and β for Platform and Authority Partners β event placement, podcast distribution, and corporate licensing outreach. The expert does not manage this deployment. Unity operates it.
Deployment is not a one-time launch. It is an ongoing commercial operation that Unity maintains and develops over time.
STEPΒ 6
SCALE
The expert teaches, leads, and delivers. Unity maintains the platform, expands distribution, monitors performance, and identifies new revenue channels β corporate licensing opportunities, event partnerships, co-branded content, and additional program development where appropriate.
This is the long-term operational phase of the partnership. Unity's role does not end at launch. The infrastructure is maintained, improved, and expanded in proportion to the partnership tier and the commercial performance of the platform.
The expert is already in the room.
The question is whether the infrastructure is.
