Leadership doesn’t have one look, one style, or one voice. This course helps Canadian teens aged 13–19 explore how to lead authentically, beyond gender norms, stereotypes, and outdated expectations — while building the confidence to lead on their own terms.
WHY THIS COURSE MATTERS
Leadership is often shaped by gender stereotypes and outdated expectations, which can limit young leaders or make them feel they don’t belong.
This course helps you challenge those limits, uncover your natural leadership style, and create space for others to lead authentically. You’ll see that leadership is about who you are, not about fitting into a mould.
